Enduringness

LONSEAL Transportation Flooring is made of special material resin that is added in a great deal of quantity to guarantee the endurance for bus. Through years of testing and the practical experience from the major bus user in big cities in Japan, Tokyo, for example, LONSEAL have collected these convincing data to show you the longevity and endurance of the products.

Easy to Clean

Products such as FB,F3, TR, N4 and NS were developed and they are made through high tension welding process and high flatness lead to easy cleaning. The surfaces of the products consist of wear resistant PVC particle and special skid-proof resin particle. These series of products have excellent skid-proof and wear resistant properties and the flat surface is made easily to clean.

Anti-Stain

Special flooring surface layer developed by LONSEAL is made from peculiar resin through the process of enhancing molecule density, so it has resistance to chemical reagent, rubber pollution of shoe soles and grease erosion, and prevents banana liquid, alcohol or detergent used during cleaning and care from damage to flooring.

Non-Toxic (Low VOC)

Environmental protection is becoming a global theme, and manufacturers are play the important role to realize the goal. As a chemical manufacture, LONSEAL fully makes much of selection of environmental protection material, waste discharge reduction during production, environmental protection of products.

Fire/Burning Retardancy

There are explicit regulations on fire rating of bus flooring in Standard Act of Japan Vehicle Association. For flame prevention, burning redundancy and harmful gas release, LONSEAL always lays stress on burning retardancy of flooring products.

Slip Resistance

The difference between a bus and an ordinary vehicle is that bus is a relative unstable moving space. So toppling-over and injuries from falls must be prevented first to protect passenger. Preventing toppling-over means that the flooring must have skid-proof property. Skid-proof property occurs during friction of floor and shoe soles.
